Cortez, a former main eventer, has a wealth of experience in the Octagon. However, Cortez is not one to match theatrics with theatrics. She told Bloody Elbow, "I’ve been considering it but I’m just going to go… We’re entertainers so I don’t know, we’ll see. I’m really just thinking of going as myself but I have put in some thought so we’ll see what happens."
Wang Cong's 'Joker' act, however, has had its drawbacks. In 2024, she suffered a stunning upset loss to Gabriella Fernandes, who submitted her in under a minute. Cong's pre-fight antics, including a coin toss and a gun gesture, backfired, and she has since rebounded with three consecutive wins, proving her worth beyond her showmanship.
